Nicholas Moody Kitchen Commercial Interior Photography Kinsale, Co. Cork
As part of another collaboration with Nicholas Moody Kitchens, I photographed this beautifully crafted bespoke basement project in Kinsale, Co. Cork. Designed as a luxurious and elegant space for entertaining and relaxing, the room is centred around a bespoke bar area with natural stone surfaces, integrated wine conditioning units, and carefully selected hardware, flowing into a comfortable lounge area with a bespoke media wall and Ligne Roset sofa — a great example of refined craftsmanship and thoughtful design.
This project was captured as part of my Production Week deal, where clients book multiple projects within the same week, allowing them to photograph several completed spaces on different days while building a large library of marketing material at once, updating their portfolio efficiently while reducing both production time and overall costs.

How do you handle challenging lighting conditions in basement photoshoots without compromising the design?
Basements often come with mixed or artificial lighting that can distort colours and distract from the design. In this gallery, the approach was to control and balance those light sources rather than eliminate them completely. By blending ambient light with controlled flash, I was able to reduce and control unwanted colour casts while still keeping a sense of atmosphere. The result is a set of images where the lighting enhances the mood of the space, instead of competing with the materials, tones, and overall design.
