BOOKING AND INFORMATION

Requests for photography appointments should be submitted via phone at +353 83 4240356, or by email to contact@rodrigollopisg.com with as much detail as possible. Next day orders are difficult to schedule, cannot be guaranteed and are subject to an additional charge. Booking is considered confirmed once both parties have acknowledged the date/time of the appointment with a non-refundable initial payment totalling of 50% of the package selected or agreed estimate. The initial payment reserves the photographer’s time and is not a retainer or deposit. photographer agrees to not advertise availability of this same time slot to any other potential clients.

AT THE SHOOT

The Client is responsible for the presence of an authorized representative at the shoot to approve the Photographer’s interpretation of the project. If a Client or representative is not present, the Photographer’s interpretation shall be deemed acceptable. Your input is important when choosing composition and angles to photograph. Absent of your input, the photographer will use his/her best judgment and experience to decide how best to photograph.

AFTER THE SHOOT

Once the images have been made, the Photographer will perform an advance digital retouching and deliver to the client within 10 to 15 working days. Delivery is via a link with the full gallery to the email address(es) you supply. All images will be delivered in both Full resolution and Social media size.

CANCELLATION AND INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY

If the Photographer is forced to cancel this booking for reasons beyond their control (e.g. injury, sickness etc.), liability shall be limited to a full refund of all monies paid to date. Any shoot cancelled within 48 hours of a booked appointment is subject to a Cancellation Fee equal to 50% of rate for all scheduled services. Every effort will be made to accommodate a re-scheduling. In the event of inclement weather preventing photography, a new date will be scheduled at the earliest available time.

RIGHTS AND USAGE

Ownership of the images remains with the Photographer, and license is granted only to the Client, and NOT TO ANY THIRD PARTY. Any usage of the images by a third party, including but not limited to, architects, builders, stagers, designers, sellers or buyers, is strictly prohibited unless approved in writing by the photographer. The License to Use only comes into effect once full payment of the invoice has been made. No use may be made of the images until full and final payment has been received by the Photographer. Permission in writing may be granted for Photographic use before payment, however this permission will be immediately revoked if payment of the invoice is not made by the timescale stated on the invoice. Reproduction rights granted are personal to the Client and may not be assigned, nor may any Photograph submitted to the Client be loaned or transferred to third parties save for the purpose of the exercise by the Client of such reproduction rights.

LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY

The Client must satisfy himself that all necessary rights, model releases, clearances or consents which may be required for reproduction, are obtained and it is acknowledged that the Photographer gives no warranty or undertaking that any such rights, model releases or consents have or will be obtained whether in relation to the use of names, people, trade marks, registered or copyright designs or works of art depicted in any material. The Photographer shall only be responsible for obtaining such clearances if this has been expressly agreed in writing before the shoot. In all other cases the Client shall indemnify the Photographer against all expenses, damages, claims and legal costs arising out of any failure to obtain such clearances. While the Photographer takes all reasonable care to execute this agreement, the Photographer will not be liable for any loss or damage, for any consequential loss of profit or income suffered by the Client or by any third party arising from use or reproduction of any material provided by the Photographer. The Client agrees to indemnify the Photographer in respect of any claims or damages or any costs arising in any manner from the reproduction without proper reproduction rights of any material supplied to the Client by the Photographer.

DUTY OF CLIENT

Client will obtain all permissions necessary for Photographer to photograph at the shoot. Photographer has no duty to obtain permission of reception centers, churches, buildings, properties, or other locations to operate thereon. Client understands and agrees that any failure to obtain these permissions resulting in fines to photographer, or which prevent photographer from photographing the event(s) is not the fault, liability, or responsibility of photographer.

BILLING AND PAYMENT

Photographer will supply an invoice with all photography fees detailed delivered to the Client via email. The Client shall make payment of the outstanding balance within 30 days of the issue of the relevant invoice. A License of Use will not be issued until full payment has been received by cleared funds. Payment is accepted via bank transfer, credit card online (a payment link will be sent with the invoice), or by cash.

MEDIA STORAGE

We will save original photo files for up to 12 months and video content for up to 3 months. After this, content will need to be re-created at full cost.

These Terms of Service will remain in effect for all future engagements between Client and Rodrigo Llopis G. Photography, or until Terms or Service are edited or amended by Rodrigo Llopis G. Photography.
